Our Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We hope you never have to return a product to us. However, if in the unlikely event that you do have to return an item, our terms regarding returning a product are as follows:

  • In order to be eligible to return a purchased product, you must let us know your intention to return the product with in 21 days of you receiving the product by emailing contact@themcevoycollection.com.
  • We require proof of purchase. Therefore, please attach your confirmation email and, if possible, please provide photographic evidence of any product defects in your email.
  • Unfortunately, if the 21 day limit has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the same packaging. We cannot accept returns for any item that is not in its original condition, through no fault of The McEvoy Collection.
  • Unfortunately, sales items cannot be returned.

Returns Process

Once you have emailed us and we have replied. Please package the product back into it’s original packaging and mail it to the return address on the packing slip. If the product fault is deemed the fault of The McEvoy Collection then we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or not. If it is approved a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please email a written request to contact@themcevoycollection.com. Please include your order number and the word “cancellation” in the subject of the email.

Disclaimers

The McEvoy Collection is not liable for any damage caused by couriers. If the damage has been caused by the couriers during the products shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to take up the dispute with the couriers.

Provided the product is being returned through no fault of The McEvoy Collection, we are not liable for any loss of returns. If the product is not returned to us, a refund/exchange will not occur.
